1. Platform Usage

Mould provides a premium voting infrastructure designed for high-end pageantry, awards, and dinner events. By utilizing our platform as a creator or participating as a voter, you agree to engage in fair, transparent, and lawful conduct.

2. Event Data and Privacy

As an event creator, you maintain full ownership of your event data. Mould acts strictly as a processor to facilitate your voting operations. We do not exploit event data, voting trends, or user lists to improve our own platform or cross-sell services.

3. Account Closure and Data Removal

Users and creators reserve the right to terminate their accounts at any time. Upon the conclusion of an event or upon account closure, users may request the total deletion of their associated data. Mould guarantees the swift and complete removal of this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Payment, Voting, and Refunds

All votes purchased through Mould are final and non-refundable. Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes filed after legitimate votes have been cast and recorded may result in the nullification of the associated votes and permanent suspension of the user account.

5. Creator Payouts

Event creators will receive payouts for votes cast in their events based on the agreed-upon payout schedule. All payouts are subject to standard platform processing fees and applicable taxes. Mould reserves the right to withhold payouts temporarily if fraudulent activity is suspected.

6. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase votes, create events, or otherwise enter into a financial transaction on the Mould platform. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
