At Mould, we believe your data belongs to you. Our platform handles event voting, USSD voting, ticketing, payments, receipts, and creator reporting. We do not sell your personal information. Optional Google Analytics helps us understand visits to public pages when you allow it.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to operate voting and ticketing, prevent fraud, process payments securely, and provide event creators with reporting. If you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics measures visits to public pages. You can change this choice in Cookie Settings. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We operate on a strict data-minimization principle. Both event creators and individual voters maintain complete control over their information. Once an event concludes, creators and users have the absolute right and ability to permanently delete their accounts and wipe all associated voting records and personal data from our systems.

4. Third-Party Payment Processors

We use highly secure, industry-standard third-party payment processors to handle all financial transactions for voting and creator payouts. Mould does not directly collect, process, or store your credit card details or sensitive banking information on our servers.
