We operate on a strict data-minimization principle. Both event creators and individual voters maintain complete control over their information. Once an event concludes, creators and users have the absolute right and ability to permanently delete their accounts and wipe all associated voting records and personal data from our systems.

We use highly secure, industry-standard third-party payment processors to handle all financial transactions for voting and creator payouts. Mould does not directly collect, process, or store your credit card details or sensitive banking information on our servers.
