Common questions

What does it cost to sell tickets on Mould?
There is no upfront fee. A commission is taken on tickets sold at the rate set by your event package. A withdrawal fee is deducted when you request a payout: 1% below GHS 1,000, or GHS 10 from GHS 1,000 upward.
Do buyers need a bank card?
No. Buyers can use Mobile Money, or pay with a supported card at online checkout.
How do guests receive their tickets?
A QR ticket is issued as soon as payment succeeds. Guests present it at the door and your staff scan it to admit them.
What stops one ticket being used twice?
Each QR ticket is marked as used the first time it is scanned. If someone tries to enter with the same code again, the scan is rejected.
Can I sell tickets and run voting for the same event?
Yes. An event can carry both, and the earnings from each appear together in your dashboard.
